Rules and Agreement
For inquiries and/or to make a reservation, please contact us at info@pranaresidence-spa.com. Reservations are required, as we do not accept drop-ins.
Deposit/Pre-Payment: A 50% deposit is payable when making your reservation. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation and deposit paid by e-mail or mail. The balance, consisting of the remaining rent plus the cost of all chosen à la carte services (provided by outside vendors), and all applicable taxes, including the security deposit, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If, for any reason, the balance is not received by the due date, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. In the event you book a reservation within 30 days of arrival, the reservation must be paid in full and is non-refundable. We accept payment via Paypal and, upon request, wire transfer is possible.
Security Deposit: We require a sum for the security deposit which is due with your rent payment one month prior to your arrival at Prana Residence-Spa. The security deposit is normally refundable within ten days after your departure. However, in the event of damages, refunds may be delayed pending damage assessment. In case of cancellation at any time, 100% of the security deposit will be refunded within a week of confirmed cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of our Prana Residence-Spa, advanced reservation is essential and cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we strictly adhere to the following reservation and cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made 60 days prior will result in a refund of your deposit less a $200 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 31-59 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeit of your 50% deposit.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of your confirmed arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of all your advance payments for rent and à la carte services.
All deposits are non-transferable to another date. However, you are more than welcome to send a friend or family member in your stead. Should you depart earlier than your intended stay, we will retain all amounts associated with your booking. We advise you to purchase travel insurance in the event of a cancellation after the final payment has been made.
Check in/out Policy: Check-in time is between 2pm to 10pm. Check-out is 12 noon.
