RATES/BOOKING
Duration
Guests of Prana Residence Spa have the option of booking nightly, weekly or longer. There is a two-night minimum rental, minimum 3 nights for holidays.
Rates
The rental rate includes the exclusive use of the spa facilities (sauna, cold plunge, indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub) is $750 per night/$5,000 per week. Each additional night is $750. A minimum security deposit of $500 is payable upon confirmation of your rental. Note: the security deposit may be adjusted based on your length of stay.
In addition to the rental cost, a $300 cleaning and maintenance fee will be added. Any other charges, such as international telephone calls, will be due prior to your departure or will be deducted from your security deposit.

Prices for à la carte services and international telephone calls are not included in the basic rental.
Requests for any services or activities must be booked in advance.
All rates are subject to change unless deposit is received in advance.
Visits to the property are arranged by appointment only.
