Rates
The rental for the entire residence, including usage of all amenities and spa facilities, is US $5,000 per week. Short stay rentals are $1,500 (for two nights minimum) and $750 per additional night. The cost of à la carte services for the Spa by outside vendors are listed in the Spa Menu. The cost of other services will be given upon your request. In addition to the cost of the above, a 20% service charge, which covers all applicable taxes and gratuities, will be added. Also a refundable security deposit for the amount of $500 per week is due with your rent payment one month prior to your arrival at Prana Residence-Spa. Any other charges, such as international telephone calls, will be charged prior to your departure or will be deducted from your security deposit.

Prices for à la carte services and international telephone calls are not included in the basic rental. Requests for any services or activities must be booked in advance.
An additional 20% will be added for tax and service charges.
All rates are subject to change unless deposit is received in advance.
Visits to the property are arranged by appointment only.
